Yang Ming Shan

We took the bus from Jian Tan station to Yang Ming Shan. To be honest, I'm half confidence and half unsure where we should stop. But it seem like there's a lot of uncles and aunties in their sport attire and walking stick sitting in the same bus with us.

By the time we reach here is about 8am and the wind is wosshing..... causing chill down my spine.

I don't understand the map at all

We don't really know which way to go so instead we just sit down and have a good hot breakfast before heading to unknown destination. 

 竹笋 (Bamboo shoots), 芋头 （taro) ， 番薯  (Sweet potato)
My mom love the bamboo shoots, she say it's so fresh and crunchy.
I love the sweet potato more, it's just so soft and fluffy and sweet

Too bad I didn't get a good shot of the sweet potato.

We only know that Taiwan is promoting flower season here but I didn't see any flowers. So we just went along with the crowd to see what is in front.

Xi Men Ting to Shilin Night Market

 A must come and try. If you never try Ay-Chung Flour Rice Noddle, you can't never say you come to Xi Men Ting.

Another landmark mostly visited by tourist

 it start to rain in the evening, so we went back early

It's quite popular here about frog eggs but I found it nothing special really.
But one thing amaze me is when I try to pay him,
"Just put the money on the counter........"
If this happen in Malaysia, all the money would be gone in split second....swoofffffffff........gone $$$$

Taipei 101

A landmark where all the tourist must come and see

By the time we reach here about 10.50am and we try to place order for the food but the counter say "so sorry, it's not 11am yet. Please order later"
So take note in future, Taiwan mostly operate after 11am.

I am at Taipei City Hall Station 

They got this kind of map at every station. So you don't need to worry about how to go to your destination. You may also ask the information counter too.

Breakfast at Shilin

Trying to find my way to breakfast shop

It's windy and drizzling......so cold in the morning

Instant drinks. Coffee, tea, soya......You may have it in cold or hot. Just heat it using Microwave. Unlike Malaysia have to wait for them to make it

National Palace Museum of Taiwan

My sis say the pork leg rice here is very tasty. They close at 6pm. Do come early if you are planning to visit this museum 

 Many tourist. Most of them are from China

Main entrance 

 Exhibit of ancient artifact from drawings to chinaware to bronze stuff. Visitor are not allowed to bring camera....shh......i risk myself just to let you see a part of the wall.
