i'll just make this entry short....went clubbing last nite...so a bit tired......


read for yourself! How to actually make it....i donno la...this is basically what i do~ to help out a little for my mom.


1st, get a butter...

30 gram of sugar....blande it nicely....

after the butter been beat....mix up the sugar flour and after it turn white, put in two egg york.

beat beat beat~~~~ lastly put in the flour.....

when everything is ready....prepare the most important instrument!!! i call it the CHOP CHOP~~

chop chop chop~~ put in the filling...and walah! put into oven and bake........

i'm all tired and sweaty by just making the cookies butter. i didnt do the filling, coz you need to chop the 黄梨, blande it, cook it.... many thing to do~~~
