Types Of Customers

After working as sales girls for weeks...i meet a few types of customers...

1. Nice and Friendly
- Ang Mo with rich wallet...everytime i see an ang mo come in, my mouth will automatically show up a very very friendly smile cause i know they will never nego and question the products.
They will just request for the product, see it and PAY the EXACT amount...EXACT o...no discount no nothing...direct CASH~~^^

2. Nice but "Kiam Siap"
- This type of customer they will "die die" ask for discount, in a nice way, so we also nice nice ask our lady bos if can give discount lo...so...end up, i cannot earn any commision... T.T

3. Stingy, penny-pinching and Rude
- They always come in loud saying "Aiya, who who intro me here one, u ask ur bos la...sure give discount de, i am who who who ok!". ><" who are you? i donno you ok!!!!

4. Weird
- Now this type of customer, u explain one thing to him/her, they always get the wrong idea. And they don even know what they wan, but act as if they know everything.
Example: A wifi laptop,
He ask: "i buy this to online ok! now u saying i cannot on?"
We ans: "No! It's wifi, u need to go register for streamyx at home or go places with wifi service." He: "What now you tell me that i cannot on?"
We: "No sir, it just that....."
Everyone in the shop donno how to explain.......
Mostly happen for middle age MAN customer!!! for crying out loud, kids at home, please teach ur parents, uncles, aunties and grandparents about I.T knowledge before letting them to go to shop to buy anything ok.

My working days

Ok...so i get a hang of this already....
there are 3 branch of I.T computer in Miri and 1 in Bintulu....
So, i get to move around Boulevard, Parkson & Imperial Mall....
The Big Bos is not in the picture....The small lady bos is the 2nd roll on the left...very skinny...
her age only around 30...That's why she get along with all the workers...i guess ^^

Anyway, everyone i work with are nice to me...The first few weeks were...hmm...sud i say lonely? coz no one will talk to me ba..It sucks when u had no friends around and had to make new ones all over again. Half month had pass by and everyone seem to be more friendly than last time ^^ Some even bring me to movie...Thank goodness for that, because Transformer is a very nice movie....The car is so so damn nice....

This picture is taken at RexBox celebrating the departure of one of the colleague who will be working at Bintulu in the future. He is a very nice, sporting, funny guy...too bad he had been send over to Bintulu.

Miri is a very small...it turn out that one of the colleagua named Ah Tan is Amy's cousin and his mother know my mother...The one sitting at the right corner holding the mic. And when he sing...WALAU A!!! 'CHUN' sia....he can enter the next Malaysian's Idols.......

I met a few customers asking some "difficult" question...well that one i'll just continue next time...lazy to write liao....
