woke up at 11+
Lunch at 12+....have some curry chicken ^^ + vege soup
Ice cream for desert......ops~~~ bad me
Dinner at 6+ curry chicken again + boil vege
Some exercise for like hmm......15-20 min? hmm~~not good....not good at all.
after a nice hot bath....have myself a cup of hot tea to wash away my thirst.

Tonight i weight : 64.8kg

Breakfast: Sao bao.
Brunch: Kueh tiaw, tim sum.......... sigh~~

Wonder why i went to do a bit of shopping yesterday? Well.......one of my colleague is having a home warming party....

Ok....let's start cooking.......

Tips: How to make potato salad.
Boil the potato and peal the skin.....yes...boil the skin together......
Fried the bacon (remember to frozen it first and then cut it to pieces then only u fried it)
Mix the friend bacon with the pealed potato, add a bit of green onion, vinegar, boiled smashed egg, salad, pepper and tomato sauce....walah~~ superb taste!!!!

Yosh!!! Determination.......My first day......

Wake up at 10 something in the morning and have to clean the house......Not easy lei...i clean the ground floor window.....and it already took me 2 hours to clean every inch of the windowsssss
tiring......

Must have a maid for those who planning to have a big house in the future.......

Lunch at 12pm......see.....all vege......the black black one is PORK....."te ka"
After lunch rush down to meet with Tom, Ame and Joanne to do a bit of shopping......
time: 1.30pm


With Tom around.......we don't need to worry even a bit......

After went to 3 shopping mall......we are so so tired and hungry.......yeah....we went to THREE / TIGA / 3 / 三 shopping mall.

After rojak......need to exercise a bit......so went for a swim

ok!!! it's been like what? Monthssssssss since i said i wanna slim down?
And the result? NOTHING!!! ZERO lost weight!!! WTF!!!!!

So i have to take a dramatic measure that is to record my every day life in blog and monitor my exercise, my diet, my life style.

Tell me if I'm slacking behind......else.....i REALLY cannot reach my GOLD!!!!

SO.....now.....the moment of truth.......

how much do i weight?!!! I shall reveal the big NUMBER!!!!!

i know.....shocking!! FAT GIRL here...... it's depressing......stressful sometime.
After i ate, i felt guilty~~ wtf......aren't food suppose to be an enjoyment in life?
you think being a girl so easy? sigh~~

How's my christmas?

Peaceful I guess......didn't do anything on Christmas Eve.
But went for a lunch n visiting on 25th.
AND ~~
I got a Christmas gift.......OMG~~ paiseh nya.......i didn't prepare for them....
hehe


THE DECORATION ON THE STRAWBERRY IS NOT EDIBLE.

Apple Cafe

Intro a Cafe at Krokop 10, beside Chan's furniture.


Hmm~ 1st impression was "how come they open at kopi tiam area?" even got a massage center right above it. Professional lagi tu~


But from the look of it.......was quite nice


Even the chair is adorable......


Interior design....not bad.......got this ancient, mystic atmosphere.

I think there's a reason why they call it "Hei Ping Guo" (Black Apple)


The shop is lack of luminosity........


Even when i try to take a picture~~ it's so dim that, everything i took, look like SAI (shit)


And the price here, not very pricey, but the proportion.....not worth the $ lo~~
The range of food is from RM2++ to RM6++. Drink is from RM0++ to RM4++


See, for RM5 lemon fish......u judge it la.....worth it or not? But the fish is quite crispy n nice~ no doubt about it. But if compare with Nine 2 Five.....i prefer there.


Nothing else...just a slice of lemon, 6 little piece of fish, 1 rice.......Does it appeal to you?


No doubt it's a good place for yam cha.......but i don't recommend it for Lunch.
Give it a try......who knows u may like it.

A little update news for Mirians who are not in Miri at the moment. Miri Star Bowl has finally re-open. With new gadget, new seat, new bowling ball........... yipee!!! no more dirty, greasy, sweaty bawling balls.......


Kinda have the feel of KL style design~
One bad thing about it is~~~~

their air-corn system is down. While u play ball, u will sweat too......hohoh~ finally bowling is another slimming exercise.
I guess it will only be up till Bintang finish renovating.

Damn!!

I think i wish for a BF last year. Now i want TWO!!!!
