V Spa in Miri

Due to long hours of work and stress, my body has become so stiff and pain especially my shoulder and arm. 

 

I heard a few of my colleague been trying out massage but i never had the courage to go cause in my mind, if the massager is not skilled, my body might end up getting more pain instead of relaxation. 

But this time, i had confidence to join my colleague cause i trust her judgement and she was right. 

The massager is from Thailand and her shill is perfect to me. 

 

Her energy on my body is just nice. I do fell a little pain and sour now at my shoulder. Let see how i few after a day or two. 

It was a new and exciting experience to me.

After an hour plus ride on the road, the trailer drop us by the lake and took off to wait for us at the other end.

It would be a nice ride for kids. Many fishy following the boat because they know the tour guide will feed them .

The kids sitting in front of me was so fascinated by them .
keep screaming " LOOK DAD, LOOK!!!"

It was a very short ride. The trailer had reach here too. Time to get on the road once more.

 The tour will took you around to see trees and more trees......

Sooner or later, the poor lady gonna have A cup because of all the illegal logging.

 After a short while, the tour guide stop in front of a big tree and i was wondering what to see.
And then she tell us to look up. Up? hmmm......can you see something there?

 An eagle nest she introduce. The eagle choose the tallest tree to build their nest.

Amazing. Too bad I didn't spot any eagle. Even if I did, I won't be able to tell because it was so high that I could not make out whether it's a pigeon or an eagle.

Heading out to breakfast. The food was ok. Not much variety but ok.

Here's another less extreme slide. The red one isn't recommended for adult because the momentum  isn't enough for us to slide down. I got stuck in the middle and had to push my way down.

 Yeah, I did climb it around 5pm where the crowd was lesser.
It was fun but it's at your own risk. They don't have enough personnel to take care of safety. The kids are crazy on the slides. I don't want to elaborate much. It's just insane. I just don't know why their parent would allowed such behaviour.

We went back to our hotel around 6 and took our buffet dinner which was so so.

Watching sunset from the window seat. Many has chosen to eat at the balcony but I'm afraid of big mosquito even I have sprayed the repellent.
Serious, the mosquito is like 1cm big. you know how big is an one CM?
