Office b'day

It’s windy and cold in the morning
6.05am my handphone alarm ring.....
the first think i think to myself "arg....why didn't i apply 1 day leave today!"
I force my body to get up from the comfort zone...
Funny how I feel today. I know it’s my bday, I sud be happy & in high spirits.
But no…I’m not. I feel nothing. The paper work is heavy as usual….
I stamp the ‘receive’ date chop…I tell myself ”yes yes…it’s 30 aug…it’s just another normal day woei, do your job and be quick before your boss xxx you”

tick tock tick tock….
When the clock strike 3pm…two of my colleagues come to my work station and pull me to the next door shop not telling me why….When I reach there “ww, choose what ice cream flavour you want, boss cia”
Wow~~ that’s something. My boss cia all of our department people eat ice cream to celebrate my bday….
"12 scoop of ice cream please" we giggle as the waiter eyes go big o.O
Ice Cream cheer me 100%..... i can't stop smiling in my heart...."yes today is indeed my birthday"

i thought that's was it....a day job going to end in peace....
but no....
"HAPPY B'DAY TO YOU....HAPPY B'DAY TO YOU"
my lovely clerk and other colleagues sing and holding my present walking slowly towards me.....

回味

Have you ever experience missing a dish so much that when one day you come across with the similar taste that is as good as the original?


well, i experience that tonight.....except that this is 牛肉面 (beef mee).
i miss the 鸭肉面 (duck mee) back in Melaka. It's one of my favorite supper place.


the soup taste exactly like it, even the mee..... for a second there, i felt like i'm back in the dim lighted alleyway enjoying my duck mee. eating happily....


how i wish the tauke would change the beef to duck.....
oh well, i love it nonetheless.
i give it 4.5/5.....
it cost RM6.....beside 99 cafe at Boulevard.


it goes well with the bbq 'sam chan bak' yummy.....the skin is crispy....the meat is tender....and the fat portion is like 1/4.
i give it 4.5/5....too bad the boss didn't come out with a tasty gravy....if he does...i give it 6/5....hahaha
guess how much it cost?
RM5.....yes...this few piece of PORK cost RM5......enjoy ^^

well...since there are 4 of us...we order Chocolate, Mango & Guava.....
The mango flavour is superb....i give it 5/5
The guava is just too sweet for me, like eating sugar on ice. But the smell is very nice tough....i give it 4/5


What do you think of this? Look delicious?
well it taste like Milo to me...lol......nothing special, i give it 3/5
