Healthy Heaven Cafe
Another place to recommend in Miri........eat healthy stay healthy.
Healthy Heaven Cafe situated opposite E-mart. If you are looking for a low fat, oil free, non-sweet drinks......I recommend this Cafe.
In the menu, they explain the nutrition and calories that you take in their dishes.
If you have doubt, you can talk to the pretty Dietitian who work there.
Yes........you heard me, a Register Dietitian! She could advised you what to eat what not to...
i spoken to her that night, very friendly indeed.
They ensure that they provide the best and fresh food to all their customer. After all, E-mart is just opposite, if they run out of fruits or vege....they could just go over and shop for it.
The shop interior design is quite simple and relaxing.
Drinks specially made to achieve the best of nutrition for their customers.
I ordered a Kiwi yogurt. For the first time, i drank a sugar free yogurt.......Those who are not use to it, i don't recommend it with sugar free, as you know yogurt is made out of what? Lactose. 发霉!! you might not like the taste...but fear not, you can request them to add in some honey.
As for Hydey's drink, i ask the pretty dietitian, "Any drinks that can wash oil?" LoL.
And she recommend tangerine. Not too sour nor too sweet. ^^ nice~~~
But bear in mind that this shop don't provide the fastest service, as they only prepared the food when the orders come. 现叫现卖. That's why it's fresh. Not recommended for those who are in a hurry. Look at Hydey... wait till "sien". LOL~~

Have you ever tasted barley soup? They cook barley soup instead of barley drinks......cool rite!!!
A close up......... to you maybe it look small portion but as one of my colleague say "too much of something is as good as nothing"

RM8.90...... shocking? not worth it? But it worth a try tough. Honestly, it's not that bad......and the pretty dietitian told me this dishes is only 200 calories.
