Moon Muang

 This area is call Moon Muang, road Soi 7

 We walk down to the next road which is Soi 6 and simply find a place for lunch.

 Found a stall selling rice sausage. Personally I dislike Taiwan rice sausage. But I love Chiang Mai's one. It's tasty and not so oily to my taste.

 来到泰国，当然是要吃道地的tom yam soup. 一级棒. srup~~~~ sweet and sour.....流口水了吗？

 Even try their Mango sticky rice, but not as good as the one i ate at floating market.

 But one thing I love is their coconut smoothie. I miss it already. 清淡的椰子香以及味道。。。真让我回味无穷。

 Finish lunch, time to take a walk

 I can feel that my mom wanted to buy everything back home.

All of us went to try foot massage cost THB 150 for 1 hour.
Not bad but kinda boring.......just sit there for 1 hour letting people massaging my leg

Sri-Pat Guest House

 I found this guest house from online....I've be surveying for quite a while and finally decided to book here. The best thing of it is, no down payment is require.... I'm very relief when I arrive here. The place look nicely maintain.

 The reception speak a good english.

 The interior design is like a 5 star hotel

 The worker here actually walk around with their bare foot. Felt like I'm at somebody's house.

Sri-Pat is a 3 floor guest house with NO lift provided.

 and to my surprise, they have their own small swimming pool

 Chiang Mai is a slow and easy pace place.

 I fall in love with Chiang Mai straight away. It's such a big difference compare to the big city of Bangkok

Time to go out for a walk around the area.

Lunch at China Town

 It took us almost 2 hours to reach here. Traffic so damn jam due to construction of a new route for MRT

 It took us a while to find the shop we wanna go.

 We look at the map and there were so many "He Cheng"...........But finally we manage to find it

 We are here because of Shark Fin

 Yes, it's cruel......

 A bowl of bird nest... i think it's a bout 300-400 bath. Taste a bit sweet and jelly. Wonder why so many people wanna eat bird nest.

 The main dish - Shark Fin soup. Two big soft and fluffy scallop.

 Not bad but for me, it's nothing special. Taste like those sea cucumber soup to me. No more shark fin for me...

Took a short walk at China Town and then back to our hotel.

Temple of the Reclining Buddha

It is located in the Rattanakosin district directly adjacent to the Grand Palace

It’s an easy ten minute walk between here and the Grand Palace. Entrance to the temple costs 100 baht

the experience tends to be far more relaxing as there are less people here

It's one of the largest temple complexes in the city and famed for its giant reclining Buddha that measures 46 metres long and is covered in gold leaf

For a little good luck, we bought a bowl of coins from the lady there.

 and drop the coins into the 108 bronze bowls which line the length of the walls

Dropping the small pennies in makes a nice ringing sound

The Buddha's feet are 5 metres long and exquisitely decorated in mother-of-pearl illustrations of auspicious 'laksanas' (characteristics) of the Buddha

The Grand Palace

The Gland Palace is a complex of buildings at the heart of Bangkok, Thailand.

You don't need a tour guide to bring you here. All you need to do is to dress proper attire.
Long pants/ jeans, shirt/ t-shirt, shoe.
Slippers and shorts pants are not allowed to go in.

It's a place worth going but the down side of it is........too many tourist.
People mountain people sea. I can see many group of tourist from China, Taiwan, Korea.....
Mostly from China.

All the ang mo go by their own.

Make sure to buy ticket from the inside.

The Grand Palace is currently partially open to the public as a museum, but it remains a working palace, with several royal offices still situated inside

We took about 2 hour plus and only manage to see 1/3 of the area......

It's fascinating but hot and sweat at the same time.........
